3. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings can be made online via our website, by phone, or by email.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are provided in EURO and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may vary depending on distance, time of day, and vehicle type or special requests during travel.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Customer Cancellations

• Free cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations made within 16 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
• No-shows,cancellation made in less of 16 hours or cancellations after driver dispatch are non-refundable.

Company Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, accidents, or vehicle issues).
• In such cases, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

• Be on time at the agreed pickup location
• Provide accurate contact details and booking information
• Ensure minors are accompanied by an adult and use appropriate child seats (if required)
• Refrain from smoking, illegal activity, or causing damage to the vehicle

We reserve the right to refuse service if these conditions are not met.

7. Liability and Insurance

– We are insured as required by law for commercial passenger transport.
– We are not liable for, unless specifically agreed:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors
• Missed flights, trains, or appointments due to such delays
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during the transfer (unless caused by our negligence)

You are responsible for ensuring sufficient time for your journey.
